01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kaizen88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kaizen88 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, "the Services").

By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any feature of kaizen88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

kaizen88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with kaizen88, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Services. kaizen88 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your individual capacity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by kaizen88 or any third-party responsible gambling scheme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of an employee of kaizen88 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration and keep such information updated throughout your membership.
• You must be the sole and beneficial owner of all funds deposited into your account and must not be acting on behalf of any third party.

04 Account Registration & Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, payment method, IP address, device, or household — is strictly prohibited. kaizen88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and permanently forfeit any balances where a duplicate account policy violation is identified.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. You must use your own personal details — creating an account in another person's name is prohibited.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• kaizen88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
• Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify kaizen88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• kaizen88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your credentials with anyone.

kaizen88 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. Standard documents accepted include a valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Passport, or Driver's License, together with a recent proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie holding the identity document. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 business hours.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

kaizen88 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow QR, and bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20/ERC20), and Litecoin (LTC).

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: RM30 for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay); RM100 for FPX and bank transfers; minimum equivalent of RM30–RM50 for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• kaizen88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider's own transaction fees, if any, remain the Player's responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds from the payment provider.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts in the Player's own name and matching the account's registered identity details.
• Complete KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50. Processing times vary by method: e-wallets within 1–4 hours for verified accounts; bank transfers within 1–3 business days; cryptocurrency within 15–60 minutes subject to network confirmation.
• kaizen88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or account security concerns arise.
• Funds cannot be withdrawn if active wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been fully satisfied.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

kaizen88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below and to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they or any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated per promotion (e.g., x15, x20). Until rollover is complete, bonus-derived winnings cannot be cashed out.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is RM300 unless the individual promotion specifies otherwise. Bets exceeding this cap whilst bonus funds are in use may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games and certain excluded titles may contribute 0%. Check the specific promotion page for game contribution details.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit). Unmet wagering progress and any remaining bonus balance are forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse and Collusion: kaizen88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or collusion between players.

The welcome bonus is available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit. It is available once per Player, household, IP address, email address, payment method, and device. kaizen88 reserves the right to verify eligibility and withhold the welcome bonus where any of these conditions are not independently satisfied.

The kaizen88 VIP Programme operates across six tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond). Tier advancement is reviewed monthly based on verified play turnover. Cashback rates and tier benefits are indicative and may be adjusted at kaizen88's discretion with notice to affected Players. VIP benefits, including cashback and personal account manager services, are non-transferable.

07 Gameplay & Fair Play

kaizen88 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All slot games and RNG-based table games are powered by certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested by accredited third-party auditors. Independently verified RTP (Return to Player) figures are published for applicable games.

• All bets placed are final and non-reversible once confirmed by the gaming system. In the event of a technical error, kaizen88 will review affected bets in accordance with its error resolution policy.
• In circumstances where a game malfunction occurs, kaizen88 reserves the right to declare the affected round(s) void and return all wagers to the relevant players.
• Sports betting odds are set at kaizen88's sole discretion and may be updated at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed at a stated price, that price is locked regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Live betting markets (in-play) are subject to suspension at any time based on match conditions, data feed integrity, or regulatory requirements.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kaizen88 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

1. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent KYC or verification process.
2. Creating multiple accounts or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-account policy.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, including but not limited to gameplay, promotion exploitation, or data harvesting.
4. Engaging in money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to conceal, convert, or transfer funds of illicit origin.
5. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
6. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Such winnings will be voided and the vulnerability reported.
7. Threatening, harassing, or abusing kaizen88 staff or other users through any communication channel.
8. Placing bets or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the kaizen88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, service marks, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of kaizen88 or its duly licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without kaizen88's prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kaizen88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

• kaizen88 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical disruptions, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability.
• kaizen88 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• kaizen88 does not accept liability for any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform. Players acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and participate voluntarily.
• In any event, kaizen88's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your account in the 12-month period preceding the relevant claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

kaizen88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification; provision of false registration information; or receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting kaizen88 customer support via live chat or email. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and provided no outstanding wagering requirements or fraud investigations are pending.

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kaizen88 may deduct a monthly dormancy administration fee from the account balance after notifying the Player by email. Players may reactivate dormant accounts at any time by logging in.

12 Responsible Gambling

kaizen88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment; it should never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

• All Players are reminded that kaizen88 is strictly for players aged 21 and above only.
• Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, or cooling-off periods at any time through their Account Settings.
• Self-exclusion requests — temporary or permanent — can be submitted via live chat or email support. kaizen88 will action confirmed self-exclusion requests within 24 hours.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which kaizen88 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that licensing jurisdiction.

Malaysian Users: kaizen88 does not operate under Malaysian domestic regulation. No Malaysian government licensing framework for online gambling currently exists. Malaysian residents access and use the Platform entirely at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is lawful under applicable Malaysian law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

kaizen88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kaizen88 will provide reasonable notice by email to the registered address associated with your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact us to close your account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
